CAC set ultimatum for enlargement, reads riot act to pastors with questionable characters

CAC General Superintendent Pastor J.D. ONAGWA

The Authority of Christ Apostolic Church has set the target of  seven-years to expand the capacity of the church.

The General Superintendent, Christ Apostolic Church  James Onagwa stated this on Monday while welcoming Pastors in the mission to the 2019 Annual Pastors Conference at Alasepe Prayer Mountain, Ikire, Osun State.

Pastor Onagwa said within the next seven years their target was to raise several evangelists from every tribe and tongue to reach the unreached with the gospel of Christ.

According to him “within ten years, God willing we will reach every family under the sun to the extent that every family will have a CAC member in their homes.

“This is because we are divinely saddled with the responsibility of bringing this rotten world back to God who cherishes holiness and Godliness.

Pastor Onagwa who noted that neglect of women folks in evangelism had caused a lot of setback said the new authority of the church had resolved to empower them for world evangelization saying every hand must be on deck to move the mission forward and restore God’s glory back to the church.

Speaking on discipline among minister, the General Superintendent said “As we had earlier pointed out at the beginning of this new administration, we will ensure and embark on practical staff discipline as one the means for our structural development in all centers.

“All ministers with questionable character whose ministry had brought shame and disrepute to our mission may be advised to withdraw their services or seek other employment or in the alternative to start their own ministry outside Christ Apostolic Church”  Onagwa said.

The Conference continues till Sunday.
